STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIP CHARTER
SUCCESS MANTRA: Developing Academic Champions
Introduction:
All PAP sponsored students are bound by the laws, rules and regulations of their
respective Institutions and host communities.
SECTION A:
Code of Conduct

  1. DOS:
    a. Punctuality and regular attendance to all school functions
    b. Respect for lecturers, school staff and colleagues
    c. Active participation in all class and academic field activities
    d. Always promote healthy interpersonal relationships
  2. DON’TS:
    a. Disrespect to lecturers, school staff and colleagues
    b. Cultism, vandalism, and all forms of violence
    c. Class absenteeism and truancy
    d. Planning, organizing, or inciting others to riot or protest
    e. Cash/sex for marks and any form of illicit gratification
    f. Use or possession of illegal drugs and harmful substances
    g. Use or possession of firearms & weapons.
    h. Examination malpractices
    i. Impersonation and falsification of documents
    j. False compensation/reimbursement claims
    k. Formation or participation in any student union or association that is unique
    to PAP scholarship students.
    l. Cybercrime, Child Pornography, and rape
    m. Transfer to another school without approval from the PAP office.

SECTION B:

3. PAP OBLIGATION TO SPONSORED STUDENTS:

a. Award of Scholarship

b. Payment of tuition fees

c. Accommodation

d. In-training Allowance (ITA)

e. Book Allowance (Per semester)

f. Medical

4. PAP SPONSORED STUDENT ENTITLEMENTS:

a. Tuition

b. Monthly In-training allowance of N70,000.00

c. Book Allowance: N40,000.00 per session (N20,000/semester) Accommodation

5. PAP’S EXPECTATION OF SPONSORED STUDENTS:

a. A minimum class attendance of 90%

b. A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0

c. 100% pass rate for continuous assessment tests and examinations.

d. Examination re-sits, course carry-overs or spillovers will be funded by the student.

e. Full compliance with dictates of the Code of Conduct in “Section A” above

6. CONSEQUENCES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE Any contravention of the Code of Conduct or the PAPs expectations of sponsored students will attract immediate withdrawal of sponsorship and delisting from the programme.
