This is to inform the general public that there will be a contract verification exercise for all contractors and consultants who have been awarded contract by the Presidential Amnesty Programme as listed below.
Contractors and Consultants are expected to come along with the following documents:
a. Award of Contract Letter
b. CAC Registration
c. Memorandum of Understanding
d. Current Tax Clearance
e. Certificate of Job Completion/Delivery Note
f. Contract agreement
g. Any other document necessary for verification
The Verification Exercise will take place from 9 March- 10 April,2020 at the Presidential Amnesty Programme Office, No 4 Buzi Close, Off Amazon Street, Abuja from 9am-5pm.
Contractors and Consultants are to please note that failure to appear for verification will lead to forfeiture of any claims for outstanding payments. Please note that companies who are not listed herein are to forward their documents and claims in a letter addressed to the Caretaker Committee Presidential Amnesty Programme Office, No 4 Buzi Close, Off Amazon Street, Abuja.
