The Presidential Amnesty Programme’s Special Scholarship Scheme for Undergraduate & Post-graduate degree programs for the 2024/2025 academic session will soon commence.

Applications from verified Niger Delta ex-agitators will be collated through a dedicated online portal. Details of the portal will be made known soon.
