But why is the Presidential Amnesty Programme office are so wicked for shifting our monthly Stipends from month end to end of the other month is this fair when we have families we are taken care of with little 65,000 a month and we all know and have investigated from the federal government an there response is that as soon as the month just end fun is always disburse to all federal Ministries including Amnesty Office, why are you so wicked, you people have been making us to incure debt before payment because payment is not always made at the appropriate time. Listen if you people are waiting for us to take action on this then it will be too late on so people’s lives and as well the federal government because we are now ready to take action about this, if this Stipends is not paid next week nobody should blame nobody for whatever that happens. This mail will also be forwarded to the Senate, house of reps and also to President Buhari before Tuesday thank you
