The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) wishes to inform all its delegates receiving monthly stipends of the delay in payment of the September 2023 monthly stipends.

This is due to the delay in allocation from the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme is not an exception in this regard as the situation affects all other Federal Government agencies.

The PAP therefore urges all delegates receiving stipends to exercise patience as disbursement of the September 2023 stipends will be effected immediately allocation is received from the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation
